Janet Oliver began her career in real estate as a licensed agent in the State of Nevada, being a member of the Reno/Sparks Board of Realtors from 1986 to 1992. Awards Janet has won include the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors October 1990 “Top Sales Agent”, December 1990 “Top Sales Agent”, March 1992 “Most Closed Transactions”, and 1990 Top Producers Club. Janet has also been licensed in the State of Florida for real estate sales from 1994 to 1996. Since 1995, Janet has been licensed as a broker associate in the State of Colorado with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Parker, Colorado. Designations include Previews Exceptional Properties Certified Cendant/Cartus, Corporate Relocation Certified USAA, Relocation Certified EDS International, Relocation Certified Accolades/Awards include March, July, and August 1998 - Sales Leader, 2002 - President’s Elite, 2003 and 2004 Presidents Circle, 2005 International President’s Diamond Individual, 2006 and 2007 International President’s Circle, 2007 Diamond Society, and 2011 - 2019 Equity Colorado in Denver.
