Any decent agent can sell your home because we all do the same things. The most important thing is featuring your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  By listing on the MLS, all active agents are motivated to show and sell your home as they get to share in the commission (typically 1/2). In almost every case your agent is not going to be the one who sells your home.

Conclusion: It doesn’t matter what office or what agent you choose; your home will have the same chance of selling because of the MLS.
