Interest Rates over the last 30 years
The median sale price was $560,000 at the end of August 2023. This is up slightly from July, and is the same as this time last year.
Unsold listings hit 110, this is a 41% increase from August, yet a 36% decrease from this time last year.
New listings in the Reno-Sparks area have increased 1.4% from July to August, and remains 10.9% down from the previous year.
Sold homes reached 479 for the month of August, down 1.8% from July and down 5.1% from August 2022.
The active inventory of homes in August reached 917, up .7% from July. This is down 38.2% from August 2022.
The months supply for August 2023 reached 1.9. This is up 2.5% from July, and down 34.8% from August 2022
