Interest Rates over the last 30 years
The median sale price was $549,000 at the end of February 2024. This is up slightly from January, and is up 6.8% this time last year.
New listings in the Reno-Sparks area have increased 2.6% from January to February, and is 9.3% up from the previous year.
Sold homes reached 346 for the month of February, up 21.8% from January and up 14.2% from February 2023.
The active inventory of homes in February reached 557, down 13.4% from January. This is down 25.5% from February 2023.
