Interest Rates over the last 30 years
The median sale price was $575,000 at the end of March 2024. This is up slightly from February, and is up 10.5% this time last year.
New listings in the Reno-Sparks area have increased 18.5% from February to March, and is 1.1% up from the previous year.
Sold homes reached 377 for the month of March, up 5.9% from February and down 15.1% from March 2023.
The active inventory of homes in February reached 580, down 7.8% from February. This is down 20.2% from March 2023.
