Interest Rates over the last 30 years
The median sale price was $565,000 at the end of April 2024. This is down slightly from March, and is up 4.6% this time last year.
New listings in the Reno-Sparks area have increased 14% from March to April, and is 5.3% up from the previous year.
Sold homes reached 372 for the month of April, up 11.7% from March and up .3% from April 2023.
The active inventory of homes in February reached 563, up 3.1% from March. This is down 11.8% from April 2023.
The total sales made this quarter reached 1,262, this is down 1.7% from the 1st quarter of 2023.
