Interest Rates over the last 30 years

The median sale price was $585,000 at the end of May 2024. This is up slightly from April, and is up 6.4% this time last year.

New listings in the Reno-Sparks area have increased 16.4% from April to May, and is 2.4% up from the previous year.

Sold homes reached 464 for the month of May, up 8.7% from April and up 1.1% from May 2023.

The active inventory of homes in May reached 702, up 9.7% from April. This is down 15.6% from May 2023.

The total of unsold listings in May reached 79. This is up 64.6% from April and up 43.6% from May of 2023.
