Sold homes reached 484 for the month of June, up 5.9% from May and down 5.7% from June 2022.
The active inventory of homes in June reached 800, up 1.8% from May. This is down 40.9% from June 2022.
The cash sales in June reached 27.7, up 13% from May and up 2.2% from June 2022.
